At the Ritz Paris, a school lives in the heart of our kitchens. Our Ecole is unique in the world, a place where French know-how is taught to aspiring professionals until they achieve excellence and to culinary enthusiasts, be they novices, experienced Chefs, or budding young cooks. All our classes are conducted in French and simultaneously translated into English.
Master Class with Thierry Drapeau
Passionate about French cuisine from a very young age, Thierry Drapeau began his training at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants.
In 2004, he contended as a finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France) competition. In the same year, he took the post of head Chef at his restaurant in Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, earning his first star in 2006 and his second star in 2011.
We are honored to welcome him in the heart of the Ritz Paris for an exclusive, gourmet Master Class.
