3 days in the heart of the Ritz Paris kitchens to discover our chefs’ tips, tricks and techniques. On the agenda: mastering the bases with meat, fish, shellfish and vegetable-themed recipes : cooking, carving, gravy and sauce.

He is both a Best Craftsman of France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and starred Chef for his restaurants in Mougins, France and in Japan.
In this exclusive Master Class, discover Chef Chambru’s cuisine which tells his personal story while reinventing the Burgundy tradition it stems from.

Domaine de La Vougeraie

Discover the Burgundy terroir with an exclusive selection from this wine estate : 67 parcels, 34 hectares : 2 thirds "Côte de Nuits", 1 third "Côte de Beaune". And enjoy a food pairing with amuse-bouches  prepared by our Chefs.
